Websites of note

As you might have strayed onto our website when looking for wall stickers or just ideas for you house, I thought that it might be worth mentioning other websites that might give you some extra inspiration.

One new website that we think is a great idea is the House to Home website. The website is by IPC who publish Ideal Home, Homes & Gardens, Living etc, Country Homes & Interiors, 25 Beautiful Homes and 25 Beautiful Kitchens. The site has tons of info on it, ideas for every room in the house, a buyers guide, a great section called Decorating Tools. This section has a colour planner, a room planner, a garden planner and project calculators.

I've been reading the Cool Hunter blog for the last 6 months and have seen some pretty amazing stuff, particularly on the wall art side. Wall art varies from wall stickers to wall paper to full on murals (check this out)

I also subscribe to Deignspotter.com's RSS feed, as the name suggest it showcases cool up an coming designs and designers. Its good just to keep an eye on what else is happeing out there.

Something less design lead but still equally as interesting is the Springwise website, which details new and emerging trends. Their tag is "your daily fix of entrepreneurial ideas" and its often useful to see ideas and get inspiration for other designs and even plotting the changes in markets that might allow you to move into.
